When is the sale?
2 days only! Saturday 15th of February and Sunday 16th February. Appointments are required.
What will be in the sale?
There will be a wide range of current and discontinued bridal gown samples at amazing reduced prices as well as a selection of brand new bridal gowns. There will also be a wide range of current and discontinued bridesmaid dress samples avaliable.
What is a sample?
Our wide range of dresses in store are made up of samples. These dresses are avaliable for our brides to try on before deciding on their preferred size and colour. All of our samples are kept in great condition and have only been used within the store.
Is there a limit to how many dresses I can try?
Each appointment is 30 minutes, you are welcome to try as many dresses as you like within this time.
What are the conditions of the dresses?
Most dresses are in fabulous, if not brand new condition. It is your responsibility however to be 100% happy with the condition of your gown before purchasing.
How many guests can I bring with me?
We ask that you limit your guests to 3 people maximum. If you are coming with another bride/s please ensure they have registered as well.
Can I place a gown on hold?
There will be no holds avaliable on the day.
Can I return or get a refund?
All sales on the day are final and there will be no returns or refunds. Please ensure you check the condition of the gown and are happy before purchasing.
How can I pay?
We accept Eftpos, Visa and MasterCard and cash only with full payment required. There is a 2.5% fee will apply for all credit card payments.
How will my purchase be packaged?
All bridal gowns will be packaged in a white garment bag and all bridesmaid dresses in clear plastic garment covers on hangers.
