Do I Need an Appointment for the Sale?
Our sample sale is first in, first served! You do not need an appointment to attend the sample sale, however you do need to register yourself and any guests online before the event.
What Will be in the Sample Sale?
There will be a wide range of current and discontinued bridal gown samples at amazing reduced prices as well as a selection of brand new bridal gowns. We also have a large selection of current and discontinued bridesmaid dress samples avaliable.
Can I View Styles in the Sale Before the Day?
Yes! Our selection of styles that will be in the sample sale can be viewed here. You can view their sizing, colour and details in the description of each style.
What Sizing is in the Sale?
The sizing in the sale will range from size 6 to size 22, with a large selection of samples being size 10 to 12. We also have a wide range of plus sizes styles in the sample sale.
Sample Sale Terms & Conditions
There will be no holds avaliable on the day. All sales are final and there will be no returns or refunds. Please ensure you check the condition of the gown and are happy before purchasing.
How Can I Pay?
We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard and cash only with full payment required. There is a 2.5% fee for all Credit Card payments.
What is a Sample?
Our wide range of dresses in store are made up of samples. These dresses are avaliable for our brides to try on before deciding on their preferred size and colour. All of our samples are kept in great condition and have only been used in store.
How Will my Purchased be Packaged?
All bridal gowns will be packaged in a white garment bag and all bridesmaid dresses a clear plastic garment cover on hangers.
How Many Guests Can I Bring With Me?
We ask that you limit your guest to 3 people per bride. Any guests will need to be registered with a guest ticket.
What are the Condition of the Dresses?
Most dresses are in fabulous, if not brand new condition. It is your responsibility however to be 100% happy with the condition of your gown before purchasing.
